Research & Information Management (RIM), a unit in the Management Services Division (MSD), is responsible for collecting all county-funded mental health and early intervention service and demographic data and reporting that data to the Commonwealth and other funding entities.

RIM provides decision support for DBH/MRS, Office of Mental Health, Mental Retardation Services, and Fiscal Divisions.  Using information collected from the providers, as well as other data such as census and death data, RIM regularly prepares research and analysis reports for these DBH/MRS components.
