Provider Manual

The CBH Provider Manual describes the procedures developed by Community Behavioral Health under the HealthChoices initiative to assure that all consumers of mental health and substance abuse services receive the most appropriate treatment in the least restrictive environment possible.

CBH is not only committed to helping people live in the community, but also to help people live with the community. To that end, treatment should be focused around the principles of recovery, resilience and self-determination.
