The Phila Department of Public Health wants to emphasize that all providers must have a hygiene plan in place (eg. hand sanitizers, washing hands reminders, etc) and to make sure all people under the age of 24 are vaccinated (Consumers and providers). We are awaiting further guidelines for residential settings and will post them as soon as they are available.
