A variety of case managers and supports coordinators help people navigate through complex behavioral health and mental retardation service systems. They include:

• Targeted Case Management- specially trained case managers can assist people and their families with resources and services to aid in recovery. 
• Continuity of Care Teams- short-term behavioral health services to help adults and children access needed services to continue their care. 
• Community Treatment Teams- multi-disciplinary teams that provide personalized and intensive case management services to help adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses. 
• Behavioral Health Special Initiative- increasing the availability of treatment for uninsured and underinsured people dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring issues. 
• Children's Case Management Services- specialized case management services for children and adolescents dealing with serious mental illness and/or substance abuse issues.
• MRS Supports Coordination- identify mental retardation service needs.
• Philadelphia Mental Retardation Services (MRS)- for information on this office. 
• Waiting List and Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) - There is a waiting list for some services. PUNS identifies individual service needs. 
• Waiver Services-The Waiver funds services for people who have mental retardation and live in the community. 
• Registration: Right to a Fair Hearing- information on qualifying for mental retardation services and what to do in the event services are denied, reduced or terminated.
